| Abstract: |
| A weevil, Cylindralcides sauteri (Coleoptera:
Curculionidae) was found to infest Cinnamomum sul-
phuratum seriously. The adults broke the tender stems,
and the larvae fed on xylems inner side of tender shoots.
The morphological characteristics and biology of the
pest were studied. |
